DECREE
of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine
On the Address of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Parliamentary Assembly
of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA) and the
parliaments of its member states regarding the unacceptability of the participation
of members of the Parliament of the Russian Federation in the work of the
Assembly's statutory bodies
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine instructs:
1. To approve the Statement of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the Parliamentary
Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE PA)
and the parliaments of its member states regarding the unacceptability of the
participation of members of the parliament of the Russian Federation in the work of
the Assembly's statutory bodies (attached).
2. The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to ensure the immediate delivery
of the text of the Address to the OSCE PA and the parliaments of its member states.
3. This Resolution enters into force from the day of its adoption.
